No dia 03 de outubro, será lançado no Parque Ibirapuera, em São Paulo, a campanha: Segunda sem Carne.
Uma iniciativa da Sociedade Vegetariana Brasileira em parceria com a Secretaria Municipal do Verde e do Meio Ambiente de São Paulo.
Vamos apoiar essa idéia???
Vocês já pararam para pensar que lindo poder contribuir para a desintoxicação do planeta e do nosso corpo? Do micro ao macro, lindo!
- Sabia que a carne comercializada atualmente contém muitas substâncias prejudiciais à saúde como toxinas, hormônios e antibióticos, o que aumenta o risco de câncer.?
- O excesso de carne vermelha eleva a quantidade de ferro no organismo e pode causar pancreatite e hepatite.?
Comer bicho morto, comer putrefacina e cadaverina, aaafffffffffff.
Então minhas amigas aderir à causa não é só pelos animais e sim por todas nós.
A união faz a força. Nós podemos fazer isso. Nós mulheres, todas reunidas em prol de uma grande causa, pelos animais, pelo nosso planeta e por nós mesmas. Juntas somos a força e o poder!
A Missão agora é: Um dia da semana você deve improvisar um prato vegetariano em sua casa. Faça uma lasanha de berinjela ou abobrinha, com tomates, molhos temperadinhos com orégano, hummmmmmm vai ficar delicioso ou então se preferir, coma omeletes ou ovos mexidos, bem legal!!!
Não importa qual o menu e sim que não tenha nenhum tipo de carne. O espírito de criatividade e improvisação é todo seu, aproveite e se delicie com a idéia, saudavelmente e mentalmente, já que se trata de uma causa social que irá contribuir e muito para a sua saúde.
